From time-to-time, hearing aids need adjustments, optimization or change of fine-tuning settings. For this reason, it is necessary to make an appointment or meeting with hearing care professional – otoacustics.

However, sometimes it can be difficult to travel to our clinic. Therefore, to have the best user experience, we offer our clients remote care service.

From the comfort of your home

Did you feel the need to adjust your hearing aid? Do you want better performance of your hearing aid in special auditory environment (e.g., on meetings or in theater)? Do not worry, new connectivity technologies have made hearing aids adjustment possible from the comfort of your home. Just sit in the armchair, arrange your virtual meeting, and leave all up to your hearing care professional.

Saving time

It is possible that you do not live near our clinics or coming to appointment at the specific moment does not match your plans. The remote care service will certainly save you time and allow you to do everything you have planned that day.

Procedure

Remote care service is called Oticon RemoteCare and is done through a RemoteCare app on your Apple iOS or your Android™ device.

Supported models and conditions

Remote care service is only possible with hearing aid models that use 2.4G technology. Also, RemoteCare is exclusively available to adults.
